Registering for the NEDSC

  • January 21, 2018: Regisration opens
  • April 29, 2018: Early Registration Deadline extended!
    AFTER April 29: registration prices go up by $20
  • May 6, 2018: Online registration closes. After this date, registration will only be taken by email and names may not be listed in the program. See below.


Competitor Registration Packages:

EACH COMPETITOR must purchase a competitor package on the "tickets and packages" form. Only one package is needed per competitor regardless of the number of entries or partners. This package includes the entry tickets into the ballroom for any session. Registration prices will increase by $20 after the registration deadline.

  • Youth (under 19):
    • On or before Arpil 29: $45
    • After Arpil 29: $65
  • College Student (under 25):
    • On or before Arpil 29: $50
    • After Arpil 29: $70
  • Adult:
    • On or before Arpil 29: $60
    • After Arpil 29: $80

Entry Fees:

The cost of each entry for which a couple registers is in addition to their registration packages. Entry fees are per couple.

  • Youth Multi-Dance Entries: $15
  • Adult Multi-Dance Entries: $25
  • Single Dance Entries: $10

Pricing Notes:

ENTRIES ARE NOT COMPLETE WITHOUT PAYMENT! Late fees will be charged if the competitor package is not paid for by the registration deadline.

THE COMPETITOR PACKAGE INCLUDES ADMISSION INTO BALLROOM for all sessions. If you are the parent of a youth competitor, you must buy the appropriate Spectator Tickets

How to Register

Until May 7, registration and payment for entries and packages are entered online in the O2CM registation site. If you do not have an existing O2CM account, you will be able to create one from the login screen.

We are offering a number of events in addition to the standard National Qualifying events (NQE). See Events Offered for more information about what events are available at the NEDSC. The event divisions ar designated as follows in the O2CM registration site:

  • Amateur (NQE) - This designates National Qualifying Events
  • Amateur 1-Dance - This designates single non-NQE dances
  • Amateur Show Dance - This designates the show dance events
  • Teacher/Student - This designates what were formerly Mixed Proficiency events
  • Teach/Stu - Show Dance - this designates Teacher/Student show dance events

After midnight (EDT) on May 6, 2018, entries will only be taken via email. You will need to email Mary Harvey, our Registrar, and the entries will be accepted only if the entry will not add an additional round. Your name WILL NOT be able to be in the program

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, send email to the NEDSC Registrar.

Competitors who cancel by April 29, 2018 will receive a 90% refund;
After Arpil 29, with acceptable medical documentation of inability to compete, 85% refund;
After Arpil 29, without medical documentation, 75% refund;

We will not refund “per event” entry fees for scratched events, nor will we refund any late fees. Please allow us 30 days after the end of the event to process and forward your refund.
