Vendors and advertising

We invite you to promote your business at the 2016 New England DanceSport Championships. Show your product in a Vendor Booth located in the Foyer just outside of the Grand Ballroom. Advertise your business in our Event Program distributed to competitors and dance enthusiasts.

The cost for a Vendor’s Booth the 2018 New England DanceSport Championships is $475.00 for the day. The fee includes up to three, 8 foot, skirted tables and two chairs. If you require additional tables, this can be provided for an additional fee. All Event Vendors will receive a full page ad in our Event Program.

Advertising or Congratulatory space may be purchased for our Program at very reasonable rates.

  • Ads are preferably submitted as Adobe PDF or EPS files with embedded/outline fonts, TIFF (.TIF) files
  • Digital submissions may be zipped or compressed with Stuffit Deluxe
  • Ads must be camera ready artwork
  • A Full Page is 7.5”x 10” with ½” margin (no bleed), black & white
  • Camera ready photo screen ruling should be 85 lpi or coarser

Note: Vendors and NQE’s will receive a full page Black & White Ad. To upgrade to a Color Ad, please submit an additional $50.
